Do you have multiple customers with property administration in your portfolio? Then eindom is for you! We integrate with both Visma e-conomic, Visma dinero, and Microsoft Business Solution. This means that all collections and all payments are automatically recorded in the correct place. On the different integrations, you control whether it should be at the debitor level, whether there should be departments/dimensions on the properties and rentals, and whether you want to use your own or use eindom's chart of accounts.

Do you offer a free trial period?
As a starting point, it is free to get started with eindom and you don't even need a credit card.
If you need to try some of the features from one of our larger packages, you can always contact us to hear about the options.
Do I have to pay per user?
No, you can have as many users as you need attached to your company in eindom for free.
How do you collect rent?
It has never been easier to collect rent, choose between Betalingsservice, MobilePay, or manual invoices.
When rent is collected, the money goes directly into your account, we do not act as an intermediary and the money never touches our account.
How do you bookkeep?
You can bookkeep completely automatically by choosing one of our integrations with either dinero, Microsoft Business Solution or e-conomic.
You also have the option to export all relevant data from eindom if you want to bookkeep manually.
