The start of the journey

The company was established in 2017 by Niels Bidstrup who has 15 years of experience in the proptech sector from Denmark, Germany and North America.
The name eindom comes from the danish word for ‘property’, but also partly originates from the German word ‘ein’, which reflects the company’s philosophy of making things as easy as “1, 2, 3” while also keeping everything organized - a German thoroughness that Niels Bidstrup has brought with him after almost four years in the German real estate industry.

Where are we today?

Our software is to this day used to administer more than 15.000 leases in Denmark - from co-op apartments to owner-occupied apartments, private rental properties, and commercial rentals.
The users of eindom includes private investors, property managers, asset managers, accountants, and lawyers.

In just a few years has eindom positioned itself as the leading, data-driven property-platform in the danish market.

Where are we going?

Eindom has 9 employees, and from December 27th, 2022 the ownership circle consists of Niels Bidstrup and Henrik Dahl Jeppesen. Through determined development work of the property-platform in close collaboration with professional administrators and nationwide accounting firms, an ambitious plan has been created for eindom to win at least 8% of the IT-servicing of the private rental housing market, which is equivalent to 50.000 homes by the end of 2023.
